Led by Orachon Meechai, a Thai master in the art of massage, Orachon Thai Massage & Wellness officially opened its doors on June 15th at 1938 Avenue Road in Toronto. Drawing from Orachon’s expertise and experience, the spa specializes in traditional Thai massages, championship-style techniques, and complementary therapies like reflexology and lannaback walking.

Marketing Plan
I conducted thorough research on the target audience by utilizing Simply Analytics to gather data on demographics, including age, gender, income, expenses, and lifestyle. I employed statistical analysis to determine product-market fit.
I created customer personas and mapped out their journey based on segmentation using PRIZM segments, identifying marketing channels around OTM’s location and through competitor analysis.
Additionally, I used MapScraper to gather information on local businesses, compiling potential collaboration opportunities with details in an Excel sheet for further analysis and planning.

I set up and optimized the Instagram account for Orachon Thai Massage This ongoing project involves managing their social media presence, which includes creating and planning content, as well as engaging with their audience. By curating visually appealing and relevant posts, I aim to enhance their brand visibility and attract more clients.
Orachon Thai Massage & Wellness
I created a comprehensive Google My Business page for the client. This included gathering and inputting essential information such as address, contact details, hours of operation, and services offered. I optimized the profile with high-quality images and engaging descriptions to attract potential clients.
Additionally, I incorporated relevant keywords to improve search engine visibility and enhance their online presence, making it easier for customers to find and engage with the business.
